Yes! Each mini-course stands on its own, so you can start with the topic that feels most relevant to you right now. Or you can follow the full roadmap to happiness from start to finish which I would recommend.

Can I take the mini-courses in any order?

Yes! Each mini-course stands on its own, so you can start with the topic that feels most relevant to you right now. Or you can follow the full roadmap to happiness from start to finish which I would recommend.

This is a capstone course that will help you to put everything you learned in all the previous courses together into a unique, personal holistic blueprint for a happy, thriving, fulfilled life. It is in the format of a questionnair en helps you reflect on all your learning and create a personal, customized roadmap for long-term happiness.

Can I purchase the Blueprint course separately?

No — this course is only available in the Membership and is designed to complement your journey through the other training material.

Yes — all tiers include community support with a chat function, and include monthly Q&A sessions where you can ask questions directly, or you can contact me via the appropriate channels as on the contact page.

What’s included in the peer support group?

The peer support group is a space for encouragement, accountability, and shared progress — open to all members, and sharing prompts related to each lesson are also included.

What does the membership cost?

Tier 1 Lift-Off : R449/±$27 p.m. for adults with physical disabilities - priced lower because adults with physical disabilities are statistically more likely to have limited income, for example, relying on a disability grant or facing real barriers to steady employment. Tier 2: Happiness Hub : R797/±$47 p.m. for parents, significant others, and cargivers of individuals with physical disabilities - Priced moderately because parents, partners, and caregivers typically have more stable income than the person they're supporting, though caregiving can still stretch a household's budget.Tier 3: Design for Life : R1497/±$89 p.m. for anyone who wants to turn happiness from a vague concept into a personal blueprint for happiness - Priced at the standard rate because general happiness seekers typically don't face either of those income constraints.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, your membership is flexible and can be canceled at any time — no restricting contracts.

Will I lose access to the content if I cancel?

Yes — all your access to course content and community features ends when your membership is canceled.
